Grow Up America
Creating false information to hurt someone sounds like a third grader in the school yard. Nope, it was our fellow Americans. If you have not yet heard about the innocent hug which led to ugliness, check it out here or on other news sources.
I understand we have differing political views, but what is with the maliciousness? Why attack a man’s business and his reputation? What could the goal be? What do you fear so much that you need to attack another to feel safe? Have to tell you, all that was accomplished was showing the world you are ignorant and immature.
To be fair, I have to talk about the liberal response as well. It is admirable to show support to someone who is being wrongly attacked. However your intention does not justify your means. Your fake postings on Yelp with fake ratings are lies. Although more positive, they are just as false as the reviews which attacked.
So kids, can we find another way? Can we sit down and have an honest, mature dialogue about our next election? We don’t all have to agree, but can we please have a discussion without lies, rumors, personal attacks, slander, bitterness, juvenile behavior, maliciousness, close-mindedness, pettiness, and everything which gets in the way of progressing this country forward?
Is anyone ready to have an open, honest, and authentic discussion? Isn’t it time we grew up?
